Christopher Atkins and I the last day of shooting. I had such an awesome time on set. I would like to give a special thanks to Mark Grove and the stunt team. As well as Chris and the rest of the production team on this film.
I would also like to state the fact that I was the only female solider used during this scene of the film.
The infamous Korean war trench
Behind the Scenes
I make quite a gorgeous man, I'm sure you'll all agree. After shooting for three days in the heat and dirt you start to feel and look like you are camped out fighting a war. I had sand located in my nose, my mouth, my ears and a few other places I'll fail to mention if you can imagine. I can think of a specific saying used to imply that someone might be in a bad mood. Most frequently goes, "Relax man, get the sand out of your -----" You can guess.
The Storyteller
We filmed these scenes out side of Black Hawk, Colorado. I played a Korean soldier is killed in the line of duty during the war and I lay dead on set most of the time. After a year of stunt training I was ready. Never thought I would be cast as a Korean soldier. I had an amazing time. I learned a lot about explosives and how they use real fire on set. Loved watching all these guys do there thing on set.
